This class is perfect for both beginners and those transitioning from traditional iron sights to red dot sights. Our expert instructors will guide you through essential topics, ensuring you gain confidence and precision in your shooting.

Course Highlights:

Adjusting and Zeroing the Red Dot: Learn how to properly adjust the brightness and position of your red dot sight for optimal performance. We’ll teach you techniques like using a stability bag or stand and focusing on small targets to build trust in your equipment. Once you’re confident in your gear, you’ll be able to correct and improve any shooting or marksmanship deficiencies.

Red Dot Marksmanship / Visual Indexing: Master the core principles of marksmanship specific to red dot sights. This section emphasizes maintaining a consistent point of aim and applying marksmanship fundamentals to enhance your accuracy. You’ll develop a solid foundation in visual focus and indexing.

Live Fire / Dry Fire Drills: Increase your “motor memory” with drills that emphasize moving the dot immediately into your target eyeline. Through various exercises, you’ll build a strong foundation to achieve greater speed and accuracy.

Equipment Required:

• Eye protection
• Hearing protection
• A sturdy holster (NO NYLON) that does not close when the pistol is removed
• A pistol with a mounted red dot sight
• At least 3 magazines
• 250 rounds of ammunition
